All repair work is of the highest quality with complete testing of all
parameters of performance. All controls, switches, and jacks are cleaned
with Caig De-oxit contact cleaner. In addition, all tube scokets are cleaned
on vintage gear. After repairs are completed, both electronic and listening
tests are done to verify performance. On amplifiers with adjustable bias,
bias is set for optimum sound and tube life.

All parts used for repairs are of the best quality. Factory original parts
are used for warranty work and whenever practical or possible for older
gear.
